Reaction Conditions 1X Buffer V210mM Tris-HCl (pH7.5 at 30°C), 10mM MgCl₂, 50mM NaCl, and 100μg /ml BSA. Incubate at 37°C.

Thermal Inactivation65°C for 20 minutes.
