The lyophilized qRT-PCR Master Mix can detect extremely low copy number targets of RNA templates in one step complete system. The removal of separate reverse transcription step not only reduces errors and time to obtain results, but also leads the qRT-PCR reaction to optimum sensitivity and specificity.
