Thermal Inactivation65°C for 20 minutes.

Overdigestion Assay An unaltered banding pattern was observed after 1μg of DNA was digested with 10u of AatII for 16 hours at 37°C. Supplied with 10X Buffer V5, 10X Buffer UB and Viva Buffer A (Diluent) *High enzyme concentration may result in Star Activity. *Blocked by CpG methylation
